At first when I saw this I was like, Oh great, an iPad rip off, but I kept watching, and this thing is a billion times better than the iPad!!

@Mafia1779 a lot of people thought that, but now Toshiba released the Libretto. REALLY similar hardware, looks just like the courier! only difference is the ui since the libretto runs windows 7 with some new toshiba touch ui elements on top. so the technology is there, it sold out here in the us in like a day despite being $1100( cause it was just a concept product) so people WILL buy it. all microsoft has to do is make the software and probably bring down the cost/market it

I have feeling Microsoft “canceled the project” because it was merely just a vision. The video itself wasn’t a demonstration of the actual device or a prototype–but merely a vision. I have a feeling that Microsoft either didn’t possess the technology or actual innovation to pull off a product like this. I can release my own “vision” of someone floating in the air but that doesn’t mean it’s going to happen anytime soon.

Why haven’t they made it?? Microsoft also has good ideas, about design and style.. but they just talk and never complete what they start. a pity!

lol Microsoft never come out with what they say. Look at the konnect for the xbox look at there videos from a year ago then look at the games that will come out. Also look at there ideas for windows live. They are good at visions

@lokoxxxxx oh i know how bad vista sucked really bad, IE 8 isnt that bad but i know it still sucks….. I myself use opera, windows vista was a transition thing like halo ODST. Its just so they can get enough money to complete the new OS and get people use to the newer interfaces.
@KingVipero I use windows to, but dont you agree that vista is shit, and IE also? They sold Vista for lot of money, and the system wass worth like 1 $. And now they sell new system, good way to make money:-)

I’d like to see if the smartasses at microsoft could create another “World Trade Centre” from a computer, then everytime it “Crashes” they could say “Opp’s it crashed” Microsoft is so full of shit, I can’t even get Window’s Media Player 11 to load up a movie from a Camcorder
@lokoxxxxx speak for yourself. Microsoft or at least the windows OS is better then apples OS’s. if you dont agree do your research and keep an open mind dude. Thats what i did and switched to windows and made all my old macs and stuff into windows if possible. others i salvaged for parts haha
