   Excel can be an extremely powerful tool so learning it all will take much more than a week. But if you want to get the basics like formatting cells and simple formulas i sugges using this site:

   It has videos on the basics for excel, like formatting, calculations, and using charts/graphs.

   A wek is not enough time. Most experienced Excel users only know 5 – 10% of the program. And, most companies only need that level of expertise, but they always ask for 90% proficiency.

   So, learn the basics and you can pick up the rest when you get the job. To learn the basics, look online for free basic tutorials, there are tons of them. Start here:
